Damn.... @saints4lifeagain. That blows....

It's part of the game, but frustrating. Every year our CBs are ravaged by injury. 2013 Greer breaks his leg and the defense falls off a cliff. 2014 Lewis is hurt most of the year. 2015 Lewis is hurt most of the year. 2016 Lewis still not healthy so he's released. Delvin Breaux gets hurt week 1. PJ Williams hurt week 2. Swann to IR. Saints start street FAs most of the year. Then this year Breaux goes down in camp. Now this. I don't get it.

If we don't out at least 70.  Points then I'll be pissed . We'll in reality we'll score like 26 because Shula is a idiot and rivera loves to go conservative . Ever notice how when we're up all we do is run up the middle first and 2nd down and an incomplete pass or busted screen pass on third and repeat until the opposing team almost comes back ?

We score 26 and win..  I'll be happy.

Sounds like you need to pick a new team bro. I hear Cowboys4Life is available.

    • I think Indiana will win it all but Miami should give them a much better fight than Oregon did.
    • When I tell people I was at that game, they usually say oh that’s so cool you had the experience. I call it soul crushing. Why? The weeks and months leading up to it were great, the team was fun to watch every week…some weeks the offense was unstoppable and carried the team (saints and giants road games), other times the defense carried the load (jaguars, tampa). Lots of back and forth games against good teams (Seattle and Indy). Good young players on the team, but the veteran leadership was incredible…from Cam, Olsen, Kalil and J Stew to Luke, TD, Norman, Tillman, Jared Allen, CJ. Role players like Fozzy Whitaker, Cotchery (he caught that MFer), Philly brown, Kyle love, AJ Klein, and so on.  The Friday before the nfc championship my wife and I after a few drinks said let’s see what prices look like for flights/accommodations and we got to talking about how much prices would increase if we waited until we found out if we would be in the big game. We said screw it, we are only out $200 if we have to cancel.  Of course we come out and just pulverized the cardinals in front of the most raucous crowd by far we’ve ever had. We had no idea what we would do for game tickets and then found out a neighbor who worked for the team could get us 2 for face value (each employee got two of their own for free, something cool that JR did).  But then the NFL mafia decided that the storyline of manning going out on top like Elway would give them more goodwill than a non traditional QB who didn’t connect with their target demo and the rest is history. I never have and never will watch that game again. I am just hoping I can see them win one in the 2nd half of my life.
