Homecoming Party

We're putting together a full weekend of events and calling it Homecoming for one game each year, with the idea of encouraging Panthers fans who live outside of Charlotte to come to town for that weekend/game and represent around town and at the game. Ideally it will always be against one of the well-traveling fan bases. This year, with the way the schedule worked out, it's the 11/5 Falcons game. One of the events we're throwing is a night before Homecoming Party at the WFNZ Dog House where we've partnered with the station to throw a big party. Your $28.03 ticket gets you entry to the party, the official Homecoming shirt, and a special rally towel.

Here's a link to the event. Hope some of you fools can come out and party the night before the game. We're starting it at 7p so it shouldn't interfere with your curfews.

Or if you don't want to drink beers with me but still want the gear you can get that here

**We can only guarantee shirt sizes if you order before 10/24**

Pied in the form of 28-3 just for the creativity of the ticket price, not to mention the sneaky way of justifying a 500ish % gross margin on a Chinese T and a glorified rag. The towel idea sounds like you took it from a page in the televangelist book where you get a blessed "prayer cloth" for a hundred buck contribution. Regarding the shirt, I hope you cleared the font and concept with Gene Simmons. Seriously though, sounds like a good time for all.

Looks more like an AC/DC logo.

I thought you stopped being a fan after the 2015 season

You coming in for that game? If so, you doing this shin dig or the tailgate/game (or both)?

I would like to...  I've been trying to get to one and stuff keeps coming up.

    • Number 9  Carolina Panthers  Bryce Young, the first overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, produced career highs in completion percentage (63.6%), passing yards per game (188.2) and passing touchdowns (23) in 2025. However, those numbers aren't exactly stellar by NFL quarterbacking standards. Even though the Panthers backdoored their way into the postseason in 2025 as NFC South champions with an 8-9 record, Young's performance was up-and-down. He threw for the third-fewest passing yards by a quarterback to make the playoffs in the last 20 seasons, per CBS Sports Research.  FEWEST PASSING YARDS BY QB TO REACH PLAYOFFS, LAST 20 SEASONS (MIN. 16 STARTS) PASSING YARDS PLAYOFF WINS 2012 Christian Ponder (MIN) 2,935 0 2008 Joe Flacco (BAL) 2,971 2 2025 Bryce Young (CAR) 3,011 0 2006 Steve McNair (BAL) 3,050 0 2019 Josh Allen (BUF) 3,089 0 Young did deliver some high highs, like when he threw for a franchise-record 448 yards passing in a Week 11 overtime win at the Atlanta Falcons and when he went toe-to-toe with Stafford in the playoffs in a 34-31 defeat.  Kenny Pickett couldn't win the Cleveland Browns' quarterback competition a year ago, and Will Grier is a career backup. • This is why we need the Bank of America Stadium Ballroom.
    • That thread has all the huddle legends either posting in it or mentioned in it. I remember everyone of those folks and I truly miss seeing them post here. This place was so much better with them here.
