I can't stand Ron Rivera

One thing about Ron is a lack of accountability. He always blames the players not executing and gives himself and his staff a pass. The only time he ever showed any accountability for the staff was when he was on the hot seat in his first few seasons and canned a few coordinators. But even that was nothing more than a last ditch attempt to keep his job by throwing someone, anyone, under the bus.

Lolwut?? He always puts accountability on coaching staff in needed from my observations on pressors

Every time the camera cuts to Rivera’s emotionless face on the sidelines I feel like  punching a hole through my TV.

even worse is when you see the headset mic flipped up...  is he even coaching or just modeling NFL shop polos?

Ron's approach is not working anymore.  He won't adapt or change his philosophy enough to be consistently successful - the same problem this franchise has had with every coach.

The next hire needs to be a young guy who is not set in his ways and is willing to change when things aren't working and bring some fire to this team. The "career defensive coordinator" approach to selecting a coach has yielded a good season or two sandwiched around a bunch of mediocrity and, at times, very amateur performances.
