I can't stand Ron Rivera

I never could stand him. He sucked since the day he was hired.

MoRon Rivera.

I like Ron Rivera the person. He's a good man, high character, as nice as you'll find. 

But Ron Rivera the coach isn't very good at his job. And he refuses to hold any of his staff accountable. 

That's the guy I don't like.

Ron's approach is not working anymore.  He won't adapt or change his philosophy enough to be consistently successful - the same problem this franchise has had with every coach.  

The next hire needs to be a young guy who is not set in his ways and is willing to change when things aren't working and bring some fire to this team. The "career defensive coordinator" approach to selecting a coach has yielded a good season or two sandwiched around a bunch of mediocrity and, at times, very amateur performances.

Its a sad state of affairs if you are counting on Hurney to fire someone who is bad at their job.

Me thinks Ron rivera is prideful guy and cant imagine himself being anything other than head coach at this point. So he is gonna do.anything to save his job.
