If he was cleared then he wouldn't still be in the protocol. We know he was supposed to meet with the independent neurologist yesterday and that today he is still in the protocol. That means the neuro still thinks he is suffering from concussion-like symptoms unless he didn't actually meet with him which seems highly unlikely.

I don’t understand it. He had a concussion, than he didn’t, now he’s been in the protocol nearly 2 weeks. 

I absolutely understand airing on the side of caution and am proud the panthers are doing it. 

I just don’t get what the fug is going on.
