They are beatable. But ultimately if we want a shot, our defense is going to need to play lights out. Especially the secondary.

Also, guys like CMC and Stewart are going to have to be running like mad men.

Just hoping the team would take it to another level to beat them. Losing 3 in a row would suck ass.

Very surprised by the pessimistic viewpoints. If I were the saints and saw us as their first round matchup I’d consider it a worst case scenario. Beating a team 3 times in one season is an extremely difficult task given how much tape we have of them. The law of averages would say we are due. They have no reason to change their game plan so we should know exactly what to expect.

Seriously.  I’m sick of reading bullshit like this.  The franchise is wildly successful compared to most others.  Go be a bears, browns, bengals, bills, Bucs, jets, dolphins, Texans, etc etc fan if making the playoffs 4 of 5 seasons and actually winning games once we get there isn’t good enough for you.

Imo if you only change parts of the big picture then most likely the big picture stays the same. If Hurney and Ron are still here the make up of this team isn’t going to change. 

I just think we could be doing a lot better than what we’ve shown the last 7 seasons. We seem to have the same glaring weaknesses year after year while maintaining the core of the roster, that’s a problem.

Cam has covered up a lot of the problems and it’s kind of part of the problem in a way. We have a good enough core that we’ll most likely always be in ballgames but good enough to win a super bowl? I don’t think so. 

I want Super Bowls.
