Colts releasing RB Matt Jones

I could see the Panthers going after him or someone along the lines of him.

 

3rd round pick in 2015. Had a decent couple years with the skins, never saw playing time with the colts.

 

At 6'2 240 would be a nice compliment to CMC .

He has fumbling issues hopefully they don't go for him.

with all the rbs drafted the past 2 years, there's gonna be guys like Jones getting squeezed out.  They should know they'll have a chance to be #2 and getting playing time.

Here's to hoping for a bone crushing pile driver of a RB being picked up from somewhere. Doesn't have to be an every down back. Just as long as he makes the defense pay

Jones looked really promising early with the skins, but he had a real problem with ball security.

They just cut his ass a few hours ago. I believe he's subject to waivers so we should have a chance to put a claim on him.
