Rivera doesn't make the personnel decisions as much as his position coaches who determine who plays with who and when. If a player isn't playing because he is in Rivera's doghouse that is one thing. Matso is deciding who plays where the majority of the time. Rivera has finally say but the position coaches and Norv will have weighed in before any decisions are made. So criticizing Rivera is criticizing the position coaches and coordinators as well.

I think Moton can be better than Daryl at RT.  This could be a blessing in disguise considering we weren't even close with Daryl in preliminary negotiations.
