There are observer articles from 2016 referring to coach Michael Craft after games of theirs.

I gave him a bottle of water once at an OTA and he stayed there and chatted while drinking it---a genuinely nice guy.  You can tell (during the interviews) that the players like him.

He always seemed to be positive.  Liked his demeanor a lot.  Hope all is well for him.

Craft did a great job.

Such a nice man.  My son and I were at BofA once in the offseason for a birthday party/stadium tour.  Saw Craft outside and introduced myself and my son to him. He said when he played college football they called him space craft. He spent a good few minutes talking to my son about the Panthers, it was really cool .
