Prediction for the rest of this season...

I have strong feeling that by the last week of football there will still be some wild scenario where we could still reach the playoffs...

Against the Browns I think we come out and win somehow, someway. Pretty much Rivera coaching like his life depends on it. (7-6)

Againts the Saints we play surprisingly decent for 3 quarter's and then cough up the victory in the 4th quarter where it starts to get ugly for us. (7-7)

Against the Falcons despite all the mismatches they bring, we beat them at home simply because they are playing with less heart. (8-7)

This leads to the final game against the Saints where we will be massive underdogs. If we somehow win, we will still need help from atleast one other team to get into the postseason. 

Without making any unnecessary guarantee's in regards to our destiny, one thing I can safely say that this team will tease us until the very end. That's what 2018 has been after all, The Big Tease.

Any path for us to the playoffs right now probably looks like a maze that would make the Minotaur go nuts.

I've been pretty certain that there was no way we could lose out. Sadly, a lot of that certainty was based on a thought that went something like "Well at least we'll beat the Bucs, right?"

I'm now a lot less certain than I used to be.

I think we lose out. I dont think we have the mental or physical makeup to dig ourselves out of the hole we are in. Every game there is a player or position group that takes it turn to mess up. I still believe the team's future is bright but changes have to be made. In years past we use to rally in December, right now the team is not responding, whether it's due to age or Rivera's message has gone stale.

Since we have no chance at the playoffs may as well improve draft position and mail it in.

They will do just enough to be pushed back in the draft that the player we need will be out of reach.

I don’t see another win on the schedule personally but the Browns are certainly beatable with a rookie QB, and the Falcons are about as bad as the Panthers so, maybe there’s two more possible wins on the schedule

nah, we're done. kalil low key calling out the team as undisciplined to the media on top of the funk that comes from four straight losses? i'll be shocked if we win another game and i'm an eternal optimist.

Team looks cooked.  Sure we may encounter someone who is even more gifted at giving away the game than we are, but falling ass backwards into a victory we did nothing to earn is the only way we prevail again this season.
