I mean, what's he supposed to do?  Politely ask the receiver if he's ready to be tackled?  FFS.  He hit him with his arms and it was mostly just a push backed by momentum.  He didn't sell out or even leave his feet.

Some of the calls and fines this years are ridiculous. Look at the roughing the passer calls that are getting flagged. It's a damn joke. The league doesn't give 2 shits about player safety.
