Look

The Saints sre the better team. 

They are the waaay better team

 

But they havnt been great on the road, especially on the road after Thanksgiving 

 

They are 2-6 on the road in those months the last 3 seasons.  Only 2 road wins were Tampa last week (where the team tried to give away free tickets) and Arizona.   Both place arent going to be down in the 40s.

 

We've heard the backs against the wall the last couple of weeks.

 

This is more back a dog in the corner.  There are some guys on this team who

A. Wont be on this team next year

B. Retired

They lose tonight, and thats it.  We saw the pic of if I remember right, TD and Kalil at midfield vs Tampa after the loss pretty emotional.  

There will be 2 more games after this week.  But really if we lose, itll be pretty much it for guys like TD, Kalil, Pep, and probably Captain

Im sure they dont wont to go out getting punked 4-5 times in a row either to the saints especially afyer the broom last year.  TD, Kalil, and Pep will have a little bit of pride to come out tonight

I expect it to be pretty chippy tonight.

Not trying to be a rah rah homer here.  Its going to be a dog fight and a close one tonight though.

The Panthers haven't demonstrated they're capable of beating any NFL team, much less the one currently holding the #1 playoff position.

Beating the Saints would be nothing less than a miracle at this point.

      Trade up for a project was dumb, he's gonna be 25 next month. By the time you're deciding on whether he's worth the 5th year option or a big contract you're already gonna be thinking about moving on soon either way.

      I mean this is legit AF statement....you don't spend that draft capital on a project just like you don't trade up for an injured RB either, which was done in the same draft.  That draft IMO was a necessary evil for DM to learn from his mistakes (I think he did but some may not). Also I have to mention I'm a big Coker fan and think getting him as an UDFA was obv a steal.  Coker is the better WR2 at this point as Legette and its not even debatable unfortunately.  Give him year 3 but don't expect much from him.  Continue in the offseason with adding as much talent and competition on the roster as possible including WR.  Or just trade his ass for peanuts and continue to build roster by any means.......

      Losing him was a huge loss. Look at how the Bears went from a 5 win team to now a 11 win team. The Lions offensive line is bad this year, secondary is bad and Campbell going for it on 4th down all the time has cost them games instead of taking the Field Goals. Goff is inconsistent as well.
