Is the stadium really half empty?

If this is actually the reason then that's just more reason for Tepper to build a retractable roof stadium. I'm sure it pisses him off to see all those empty seats. He is all about home field advantage and cant be happy at all

add in drinks and food the value of the game is horseshit when it’s 200+ per person if you actually want to eat or drink in 100 degree weather for 4 hours

And to all those who say "open air", this is why Tepper (just my opinion) wants a retractable roof stadium.  Cold is one thing, but when you're 94F it's even more magnified sitting in direct sun. Hence, even die hards have a difficult time.
