Not one screen pass thrown to Moore or Samuel on Sunday?

Screen passes to WRs need DBs that play well off of the line of scrimmage. And honestly, our behind the lines passing game is pretty well handled by CMC.

Right now, our passing game isn't broken, let's not worry about if our favorite wrinkle hasn't been implemented. I'm sure they are all in the playbook and will be brought out as warranted.

Me, I love a good flea flicker play, but it's only good for about one play every three years...

They were playing off...

And both Moore and Samuel are more explosive than Mccaffrey, so it makes no sense why they aren’t getting the ball.

Your QB has to be good at it or it fails. Cam kinda telegraphed it and didn't get it out quick enough. It almost has to be a no look kind of pass.

Jake was great at it. The smoke route made him and Smitty dangerous. Cam and DJ have to put the work in on that one. Their version isn't ready for prime time.

According to Barber during the game , we are one of the best screen teams in the league lol

Yeah that's why I hate listening to the commentators. They never know anything about us and seems like they always pulling for other team.

and on top of how stupid and uninsightful Ronde is he can barely get a sentence out without stuttering. how this guy became a professional talker is beyond me.

    • I'm looking at the schedule and I see a 10+win season easy.  I think Carolina goes undefeated in the division.  I also believe that the Bears, Bengals, Lions, Browns, Steelers are very winnable.  Revenge game with phillips and the eagles could be a win.  Honestly only 2 games I see as chalking up a L to off the bat is the Seahawks and Broncos.
    • I guess so. Don't think I was involved with previous discussions.  Tepper is one of the newest owners in the NFL. Dan is going into his 3rd season as a GM - ever. Dave is going into his 3rd season as a HC - ever. Before becoming a HC, he was an OC/playcaller for one season total. Idzik is about to go into his 1st year as a play caller - ever. WRs are rookies, sophomores and 3rd year guys - though the experienced 3rd year guys are XL and Coker (who has missed a ton of games). TEs are guys going into their 2nd and 3rd seasons, and Tommy Tremble - though Sanders has missed a ton of games. QB has played 3 years. Chuba is an experienced RB, but Brooks and Etienne have taken very little snaps at the position. O-line is more experienced vets with some talent - which is HUGE. Need them to stay healthy. I mean the offense is very young in every aspect except O-line. You see it differently?
