I pondered bringing up some names here, but I think I'll stop at saying some pretty douchey people have made large charitable donations.

Throwing money at stuff doesn't make you a better person, especially not when you've got plenty to spare.

the man has been supporting breast cancer awareness from the start, to act as if that’s just him throwing money at a cause is short sighted
