Bye Week Trade Candidates/Players on the block

OJ Howard, TE - underused and Arians prefers to have blocking TE's. An exact scenario that occurred when we got Greg Olsen from the Bears. Likely could be had for a 3rd round pick.

Patrick Peterson, CB - reportedly the Cardinals are taking offers but he is 29 and I can't imagine they wouldn't take less than a 2nd round pick, which I wouldn't gamble on.

Leonard Williams, DL - having a slow start to the season, in the final year of his deal but has been run defending well which we need and would fit in with this D-Line with Short done. Likely a 3rd and 5th round pick. Would consider it.

Haason Reddick, LB - A poor man's Shaq Thompson, hasn't lived up to expectations, but allows us to IR Christian Miller and give us insurance in case Shaq gets a big contract elsewhere or we don't franchise him. Reddick can play EDGE or ILB.

AJ Green, WR - Won't go for less than a 1st or two 2nd's. Injury history a red flag but sliding Samuel to the slot would make our offense very hard to defend if healthy. Would consider.

Tyler Eifert, TE - Likely could be had for a 4th round pick, which I would consider. Extensive injury history but playing well this season.

Chris Harris, DB - Don't think is much of an upgrade over our current CB's

Devante Parker, WR - Another disappointing career but doesn't hurt to have more weapons on offense. Will most definitely end up on the Patriots, but would buy low on him

Stefon Diggs, WR - Vikes would want a haul and he isn't worth it, I personally think he's overrated

Jalen Ramsey, CB - As appealing as he would be in our system, two 1st round picks are not worth it considering how well we draft in the first round.

Trent Williams, OT - Not worth the price and we have promising tackles on the roster

    • Just going off the draft sims and he's always sitting around 20 lol. First year in a while where we haven't been thinking about the draft already in late October so haven't really looked into the top 15-20 picks yet. Also the qb class is super weak so he probably will sneak up into 10-15
    • I fully expect them to pick up his 5th year , and they're waiting for him to put a full excellent consistent season of QB play in year 4 or 5. If that don't happen,  they'll eventually cut ties.  Here's to hoping he just goes on a team in 2026. The worst thing he could do is continue to see-saw us to around .500 records because it might be impossible to replace him at that point unless youre willing to do the veteran qb carousel poo we did from 2019 to 2023.
    • What do you think of Bryce Youngs career thus far? Are you excited about his progress or is it not enough for you? I included a poll of ranking his performance through 3 years thus far.  I personally think he's made some decent progress. Has had some high moments (last half of 2024, Rams game, ATL game in 2025)  but in my mind, those are still outweighed by the many more lowlights thus far (ex turnovers, missed throws, poor decisions)  It's a very mixed bag for me. He's done enough to get a 5th year option but by no means should we lock him in with a 50+ mil a year multi year deal. I want to see him play consistently well for a full year before that happens (yes, I'm still saying that going into year 4. That might be telling).  Just sucks when you see CJ Stroud, Jayden Daniel's, Caleb Williams almost immediately lighting poo up with their arm talent. Maybe Bryce is just an ultra slow burn. I don't know what to think anymore. Guess we're gonna be stuck with him for a whilr unless we end up being bad enough to earn a high pick next year. I doubted it lol. Overall Stats for his career:       ● 14 W - 30L (regular season)       ● 0-1 playoffs record        ● 61.4% completion, 8291 passing yards, 49 TDs, 30 INTs  Year 1:       ● 2 wins, 14 losses      ● 60% completion rate, 2877 passing yards, 11 TD to 10 INTs, 5.5 yards per attempted pass Year 2:        ● 4 wins , 8 losses        ● 60.9% completion rate,  2403 passing yards, 15 TD, 9 INTs,  6.3 yards per attempted pass  Year 3:        ● 8 Wins, 8 Losses         ● 63.6% competition rate, 3011 passing yards, 23 TDs to 11 INTs  Playoffs         ● 1 game in year 3 ( 0 - 1 in playoffs)         ● 21/40 (52.5% completion rate), 264 passing yards, 1 TD, 1 INT.
