With half the season done, if we extrapolate the numbers for each player here’s what we get:

McCafrey - 1,762 rushing yards (20 TDs), 726 receiving yards (6 TDS)

Moore - 90 catches, 1,128 yards (2 TDS)

Samuel - 60 catches, 814 yards (6 TDs), 92 rushing yards

Olsen - 54 catches, 662 yards (4 TDS)

Wright and Bonnafon are the next biggest contributors but are only on pace for 300 and 200 yards, respectively. Almost all of our offense runs through those four players.

So we have one player on pace for 2,500 yards, and then three more collectively on pace for that combined. We could have three players with over 1,000 scrimmage yards, which would be nice - and if Samuel has a few more big games he’d be on pace to join Moore over 1,000 receiving yards. We’ve not had a duo of 2 1,000 yard wideouts since 1999 with Muhammad and Jeffers (2014 was Benjamin and Olsen).

Both Moore and Samuel’s impacts are minimal.
 

Moore is really just a slot guy that can keep the chain moving. Similar to Golden Tate when he was in Seattle

In his rookie year, he played with busted shoulder Cam who couldn't throw 15 yards downfield

This year he's playing with Kyle Allen who also really struggles with the deep ball

Moore is getting open down the field quite often if you watch the 22 tape.  He might be pace for 1500 instead of 1150 with a qb who could hit him deep

Moore was never a deep threat at Maryland. He’s the same exact wr now like he was in college. A running back like wr. Get the ball and his hands and he can make something out of nothing. There were also a lot of people that didn’t believe he could run all the routes. Steve Smith was one of the very few to believe that he could. I still like Moore and like him a lot better than Samuel. I just don’t believe that he is a true #1. I hate Samuel.

Moore has had some incredible catches.  And last game, he converted a couple of clutch 3rd downs.

If Allen can improve on his deep ball, he and Samuel could really explode.

When ranked against 2018 stats

Yards 19th, TD 15, INT 15(tied)

Because I didn’t want to do marginally harder math

That's our problem. We have two RB/WRs who can't stretch the field. At some point we need a good WR.

      I'm honestly looking beyond DC at this point. He's too green and is making too many simple mistakes. I think he's gone after next year. I think the intention in LV was to use Mayer and Bowers similar to Gronk/Hernandez in NE. That's never really struck me as Carroll's MO though after watching him for years out here in Seattle.  He's talented enough and I think he just got lost behind the phenom that is Bowers because he couldn't develop in Carroll's system. I'm surprised Bowers is used as much as he is, though they really don't have anyone else. TE's don't really exist as focus receivers in Carroll's offense. I live in the PNW so I've been subjected to a lot of Seahawks football.  Coaches other utilize their TEs. We should too. Tremble is OK, but he's always been a project as a receiver. Again, all this is of we could get him at the right price. I wouldn't pay a lot because we need to spend on defense.

      David. Hey, money talks.....it has been acknowledged that Tepper isn't shy on spending. He's had the NFL equivalents of used car salesman after used car salesman line up to grift him of a big chunk. Canales is one of them.  Until that changes, it's gonna be tough to build anything to last.

      Well it's who they tied themselves to for at least another year but i agree. They will be lucky to find a useful contributor but until I see the DC situation change I am presuming it's SSDD. Well it sounds like maybe in 2027.
