If the Carolina Panthers roll into Green Bay and win

How we win is definitely important. I'd like to see us do it by scoring more points than Green Bay. Although if we keep them from scoring as many as we do, that could work too.

Didn't know that how you win accounts for anything. As long as you win and don't have a ton of injuries they all count the same. Each game is completely separate and based on individual matchups. One game and how you play has no bearing on the next game. All that matters is winning no matter how ugly.

I don't really find that Seahawks game all that winnable.

Russell Wilson has been straight willing this team to victories all season.  CMC should have a field day against that defense.  Not saying it will be easy by any stretch, but its definitely winnable.

It's possible, but outside of 2015, the Seahawks have pretty much owned Rivera.

Some of your best work!  Quite funny, well done.

Very optimistic. I think we need 11 to be safe, 10 to be borderline. If we do what we're supposed to Washington and Atlanta x 2 should give us 8. So we need 2-3 wins from the following group (Green Bay, NO x 2, Indy and Seattle). So getting that first one vs. Green Bay would help tremendously.

Sounds just crazy enough to work.  I'm on board with this.

We actually might fall into a lucky situation with our schedule this year.  The Saints could have their playoff spot all locked up by Week 17, and be looking to rest their starters.  We could still be fighting for a playoff spot by then, so we could get some help from an unlikely source.

On a scale of 1-10 , how excited will you be in terms of the prospect of the playoffs this season?

I’m optimistic. This is actually the kind of game where they can do some damage. There will be less of an emphasis on Kyle, because Green Bay is terrible against the run. Few teams have run the ball more and better since Kyle Allen’s debut than the Panthers. So that cancels a little bit of that pressure out for the young quarterback.

There’s no reason McCaffrey can’t gash them. As for KA, I’m done worrying about his nerves. He’s 5-1 behind center. When he fumbled the ball early on, he responded almost every time with a scoring drive. In San Francisco, the perfect storm happened. Blame Kyle all you want, but I think we all know a little better.

Even if they lose this weekend, which I think they won’t, they are still a handful of very winnable games ahead of them. And they’ll still have the benefit of being a post-.500 team. It’s certainly hell of a lot better than how they felt after week two.
