I'd be pretty surprised to see Burrow in the top 15 picks. I'd be stunned if he was in the top two QB's. 

An excellent college player but not sure about him as an NFL player.

Yeah, he just doesn't seem like he has a top level NFL game. Seems more like a good game managing guy. We will see, though.
