Update: Poe torn quad, out for the season

Doesn't really matter at this point. Rivera has been using him wrong and our defense has always sucked.

Poe- possible torn quad, last year of his contract

And

KK Short- torn rotator cuff

I wonder if it's a muscle tear or a tendon tear? If he tore a tendon in his quad his career might be over.

Took this news to immediately make me think about how Poe may have been able to enter the game for a few of those 1 yarders on the goalline.

Hate to say this but Poe will be released after this year. Cutting him will save us $10 Mil. We'll use that money for a CMC contract extension.

Why do we need to extend CMC this offseason? We have him next season, plus his fifth year option in 2021.

Cut Poe outright and schedule Short as a post-June 1st cut and completely start over at DT.
