Talk is that the Redskins want to keep Kevin O'Connell, but Rivera might not. As big as he is on control right now, he's not likely to appreciate the idea of somebody dictating members of his staff.

I know a lot of fans didn't like Wilks as DC but I thought he was pretty good. A step down from McDermott, but not bad.

Skins fans can start panicking if Mike Shula rumors start swirling.

At least he is a better DC than HC, not that either were very impresive stints. He can claim he isn't Washington bad at DC tho. He might actually improve if he put in a couple of years at it.

The 4-3 with Sweat, Payne, Allen, and Chase Young.  And Landon Collins has been a better tackler in the box than in coverage, so him blitzing.
