1. Direction , vet Nosetackle, O-guard 1st maybe a Vet LT for insurance..

2. Aj Green, Vic Beasley, Eric Ebron..

3. Bradberry, Addison, McCoy, Cockrell and Boston..

Caveat...

All this depends on New Head coach and scheme he wants to play...

Hurney is gonna pay himself 200 million a year to play left tackle.

Bolster the OL and DL.

New targets would be a veteran OT/OG. Basically take some heat off the draft for rebuilding that OL and build some better depth there. Add a veteran WR, as well.

I'd bring back that same group of guys. Bradberry, Addison, McCoy, Cockrell and Boston. That is provided they aren't going to nuke the cap.

4-3 D. Bring back butler and McCoy to pair w kk.Bring back Addison and find a real DE. Hoping this helps protect ys with Burns being so light. Keep Boston, Bradberry, and Cockrell. Pick up vet LT and hope you can add another two pieces via draft. Line is weird; Paradis May well improve with better pieces around him. I’d also be fine with Larsen if we can improve the left side.
If we are looking WR, get Robby Anderson. I’d imagine that’s about our limit if we can even afford that.

I’ll add that if Boston wants a payday, for some reason, I’d let him walk. I’d honestly consider Norman back to play FS. I think his skills And his weaknesses are well suited for FS - more so than corner, these days.

In a 4-3 would you just make Burns a pass rushing OLB or make him bulk up and be a 4-3 DE?

I think this years fa can line up the draft pretty well for us.

i’d resign our back guys like Elliot and cockrell, as far as starters I’d go with mainly McCoy, Boston, and Addison. Butler maybe in consideration depending the price

bradberry is a toss up, depends on what he’s asking for which he said top 5 cb money, well I wouldn’t sign him for that.

gotta grab a backup qb, so case keenum or aj McCarron come on down.

te I’d take a look at Henry or Hooper, falcons shouldn’t have enough cap to resign Hooper. Also I wouldn’t be surprise if we just let Ian get the start, this would allow us to maybe go after a better bradberry replacement, a guy like Byron jones or another vet cb

dt I’d strongly consider suh, him, McCoy and kk would be enough to get interior push consistently.

wr I’d pick up Pharoh cooper , specifically for return duty.

og I’d have a look at Brandon schreff

gonna be hard to call for any other edge or 3-4 guys until we get a coach and know what base defense they are going to run.

Sets us up imo to go bpa, which in order could be ot,cb,s,WR, dt

4-3 DE. He was lining up there often and getting to the QB. No reason to think that will stop. Maybe a little bulk to help against the run blocking. I think Christian Miller could go the other way. I bet he could start at LB in a 4-3.

    • Good game so far.  Solid trench battles, two young well built defenses, and my 2 fave coaches.  Stafford is really damn good.  SEA OL is overperforming.
    • Okay then. To me that means Russell Wilson was Coryell. Because I see the proposition completely in the Russell Wilson punt/pass put it up for grabs mold. Count on the receiver to catch it or knock it down.    And the reason I thought that was the intent with Legette is the abysmal downfield game from 2023. As in, there was barely any.   I look at it as if… the result of a deep attempt isn’t as important as the opponent understanding they have to defend it. So I was all for some 50/50s. Coryell, Walsh whoever.  I do favor the Coryell approach personally but also very much value versatility, it doesn’t have to be strict. Just make the defense defend the whole field, however you do it. It has to include downfield throws.
    • Sold, or in the process of being sold. Could be either way. Consider this for a second... Last season, our defensive coordinator steered what many have called the worst defense in NFL history.  Canales would absolutely have been justified in firing him, and no one would have blamed him if he had.  But what did he do? He gave Evero another chance to come back and prove he could be better. Does that tell us something about Canales? I think it does. Now apply that to Bryce 😕
