Well he's my #1 coach now. Any coach who has Cam Newton in his plans is fine by me.

People trying to chase this dude away from Charlotte. Cam Newton is the reason why people discuss Carolina at all. Better believe if Cam is gone we are a non topic.

Josh was awful as a HC. Not sure why people want this guy. Patriots making him overhyped.

This is dumb.  any offensive minded coach would say they like a former MVP quarterback and want to work with him.  Doesn't mean he wouldn't like to find a guy who is more their own style and is also younger, cheaper and healthier.

I'm sure any coach would want to work with a HEALTHY Cam. We all hope that's the case, and so do these coaching candidates. If Cam isnt healthy, no coach will want him as the starter. And, its not just about the foot. The shoulder is more concerning to me. If that is healed, we can bounce back into playoff contention with an upgraded defense/OL.

I was listening to the show at the time and Carboni's tweet overstates what Cann said.

After Cann made a very vague reference to Bieniemy and Cam she went on to remind the audience of Cam's message to Riverboat saying "thank you for letting me be me" ---  and then she and Parcell discussed "leadership "styles"....

....in a comment yesterday I made the observation that Bieniemy seems to have a little bit of Smitty in him from an "edge" perspective....

....occurs to me if Bieniemy is wired up similarly to Smitty, it might not bode too well for Cam --- he's gonna get coached a lot harder than he ever has before and I kinda doubt he will like it.

That said, if he embraces it the sky is the limit.

Bieniemy is my choice. I feel like he is someone I could root for. I really don't want to pull for McDaniel or McCarthy.

Every coach is going to say Cam is in there plans damn. None of these guys interviewing is going to come out and say I'm not coming if we keep Cam. I mean people don't know how to read in between the lines. I feel like I have to teach a bunch of little kids how to read posts everyday.

 Seriously. I still don’t know anything about him. But holding a game he kept competitive, despite not having a player that could start for the other team, against him is harsh. His main problem is the unknown of a college. The other night was better for him than it was worse.
