With all the money Brady has made and his wife's income, why would he do that? He won championships and got rich, just go have fun for the rest of his life.

Because he doesn’t think NE hasn’t paided him enough. He’s already got the rings. Now he wants the extra money to pad that retirement.

Because its not all about money and he wants to keep playing. Raiders are going to be exciting in their new stadium. I cant stand him but I get it. Pretty sure he can do whatever he wants

I get it's not all about the money but why? The dude has done it the best for the longest ever in history. This is more about the Raider's wish list and less about what Brady would actually do. I do agree he can do whatever he wants but putting a few meaningless years in with he Raiders would be comical and entertaining so I am not against it.

He has restructured his contracts over the years. He also took a lot less then he could have asked for. He made $23 million this year and scheduled to make $30 next year, before that extension he was set to make $15 this past year. This is more about would the Pats rather not pay a 42 going on 43 year old QB $30 million that the Raiders could then offer to pick up and if said QB cares to keep playing in the NFL? That I have no idea. What the Raiders are offering him is what he is scheduled to make as is anyways so it's more of like making the same just somewhere else with a year extension. Ohh and the Pats would take on $6.75 million in dead money to dump him so they may just let him take a farewell tour year, even if they lose their fans would still come out to see Tommy boy one more time. Making it sound like he is desperate for more money is just silly.

He explicitly came out in the media and said the pats paid him like poo. Knowing him and the pats it’s probably a ruse. But that’s what he said.

Can't stand Brady. Not because he's "good" .. but because I think he's anything but.

He's just "smarter" than everybody else .. rigggght. Tony Pike has more talent than this guy.

When has Tom Brady ever won without a Top 10 scoring Defense?

It's laughable to think how anybody with a brain could think the NFL is not rigged when a QB like Tom Brady, with less talent than a Tony Pike, wins as many rings as the Steelers franchise in twenty seasons. Riggggght. Sports are not rigged.

Super bad take is an understatement.  Reminds me of I guy I knew who said Jordan sucked and so and so(I forget his name) was better.

Hate Brady if you want ( I do) but he’s pretty damn good.

    • That hit on Stolarz was dirty was fug. Just came in and gave him an elbow on purpose to the head.
    • Brindamour said this isn't the time of the year for making changes and therefore expect Nikishin to be a healthy scratch til at least two defenceman get injured. Yes I said two because ya don't make changes and there other guys on the roster who've played with the group in games.
    • lol Honestly, it might sound dumb, but I've had this idea in my head of a specific picture I really want to get with him since draft night. Basically I want it to be of the two of us sitting on the floor next to each other with the picture from behind.  Ideally it would have been with us both wearing T-Mac jerseys (and me wearing an Arizona hat that has block A logo on the back of it too), but since they won't have baby versions of those for a bit and that does seem like a waste of money on something he'll grow out of in a few months, I think I'll go with this that I've found on Amazon for like 12 bucks........ I'll get this made with T-Mac's #4 but then my Nephew's first name (which incidentally starts with a T, so I've already joked to my sister that she needs to change his middle name to something with "Mc" or "Mac" in it so i can call him T-Mac lol) Just think that would make for a really cool picture for me to have of him at this age (just over 13 months now), with the two of us wearing our #4's.  It's the type of thing I can absolutely see myself getting it printed out by Shutterfly on one of those canvas like prints to hang on my wall. And seeing as they live in NYC with me in Michigan, not sure the next time I'll see him again as I can't just drive on down the street for a picture when the jersey arrives, so was hoping I'd be able to take advantage of seeing them at the end of the month to get this picture, but it would all be dependent on the jersey (and this custom onesie) being shipped in time.
