Mine, hands down, is that Brenton Bersin was Jerry Richardson's lawn boy as a kid. Jerry would take him down to his mansion in Beaufort and rail the poo out of him, a relationship that was ongoing for years. Jerry covered his tuition for an expensive private school in Charlotte and then got him into Wofford, and finally onto the Panthers as a free agent, all as hush equity. Jerry had him on an NDA and Bersin's release coincided with Jerry's departure from the team.

The guy that told me this has been right about some other insider stuff, but he was pretty plastered when he related this, so who knows. Really makes u think

Richardson was having an affair with Tina Becker for years and that is how she rose to the top.  Tepper came in and found out and canned her immediately.

That Jim Harbaugh, during his short time with in team, had such a bad experience that he advised Andrew Luck to stay in school in school to avoid getting drafted. Oliver Luck has to come on to local radio and deny this one since it got so loud.

Didn’t she start as a topcat? Topcat to executive with no other experience along the way...sounds believable.

and she is/was hot and you would think if she was an exec she would know about the hanky panky stuff about Jerry.  She just chose not to care because she had banged him before.

That the Panthers were the top franchise to relocate when the NFL said a teams or teams were going back to re-establish a footprint for the League in the LA market.
