Charlotte Pipe and Foundry is moving in 2023. That means 55 acres of land  be available uptown.

Bank of America stadium sits on 33 acres currently.

Tepper will be all over this.

I’d bet he already had an agreement with CPF well before this announcement

Don't expect Charlotte Pipe to move in 2023.  They have been talking about it since 2005 and have not even starting working on the new facility that will take at least 5 years to build (probably longer).

So you are saying that Tepper and Stanly county do not have enough pocket change to make it happen?  Where are you getting the "5 years to build a plant" concept? Not being smart--just wondering what it takes or what someone thinks it takes.  I think a plant could go up in no more than 2 years--

Especially when they'll be in Rock Hill.

and what purpose does this response serve?

Once the Rock Hill facilities are open it wouldn't matter if the stadium was in Salisbury.  The question was where is that land in relation to BOA.  By indicating it wasn't walking distance from the practice facilities gave a sense of direction and distance.

There’s zero chance we’ll be playing in a different stadium as soon as 2025. Even if the process started today it’d take longer than that to actually be ready to play a game in a new stadium. And the process has not started yet.

    • I wouldn’t be surprised if the Pats win it all or at least get there. Maye is awesome.
    • Young quarterbacks Drake Maye, Bo Nix, and Bryce Young have led their teams to undefeated records since October.   Drake Maye has guided the New England Patriots to a 5-0 record in that period, with 2,285 passing yards and 17 touchdowns in nine games. Bo Nix has directed the Denver Broncos to a 5-0 stretch, throwing for 1,976 yards and 17 touchdowns, contributing to a 7-2 overall start. Bryce Young, in his second season, has led the Carolina Panthers to a 4-0 run since October, accumulating 1,390 yards and 11 touchdowns amid a 4-4 record.   Undefeated QBs since start of October (min. 4 starts)   Drake Maye 5-0 Bo Nix 5-0 Bryce Young 4-0   Bryce Young when asked about his mindset during game winning drives: "You don’t rise to the occasion you fall back to the level of your training."
    • 1. Cowboys-No explanation needed. 2. Rest of NFC South equally. If I had to pick I would say Falcons.    3. Eagles- Both of the games I have attended there the fans were so horrible. The fan base is so ridiculously misbehaved, I’ve never seen such immaturity. 4- Lions- I have cousins in Michigan that grew up Lions fans and they are some of the most obnoxious people I have ever met, as are all of their Lions buddies. The NFL has been lucky that Detroit has been in the cellar for its eternity.    5. Tie between Bears and Vikings. Both act like Steelers, Cowboys, Niners fans do with nostalgia and legendary seasons but neither have ever really had them. They act like they each won 5 super bowls in previous decades but never accomplished poo outside of Chicago in 85.
