You reap what you sew. It isn’t Littles fault.

Hurney knows RBs, LBs and is atrocious with WR, QB and oline.

Basically the worst GM you could possibly have for football in the 21st century.

I have given Tepper a lot of slack but if he does not get a new GM I’ve lost faith. Hurney 2.0 drafts and contracts aside from cmc have been god awful. Gotta stop crowing him because of gimmes like Burns and cmc.

Gettleman drafted CMC.

Watching the remaining snaps now. #6 was just kind of pushing the pile but his 7th snap on 2nd & 8 at the LAC 16 was a really, really good play and not just for him but for any LT. Stoned his man and kept him there.

Unfortunately, he follows that up with this on 3rd & 9 in the redzone, causing Teddy to scramble...

Alright, so another bad play. We get it. But wait... how can he possibly make this worse?

ARE YOU KIDDING ME

Yep..that was my personal favorite.  Tackling his own guys   Pathetic.

Can we get a roll call of the people that kept trying to claim we was "Teh Futurz" at LT?

Was it not painfully obvious almost immediately that wasn't the case?

It was obvious to all the teams that passed on him...not Hurney, he traded up in the RD to get him

At least Amni, who he also drafted In the second RD, could occasionally stand in place and block someone

I think his tactic was to confuse Bosa with moves that no LT had ever tried before. “Let’s see Bosa stop my running head butt... ooof”

It should actually work in our favor for next week because as the other team watches tape, they’ll spend waaaayyyy too much time trying to figure out exactly what the fug they are seeing.

You sir, are a genius.

Best post of the thread, hands down.

Didn't Little drop in the draft because of poor athleticism and foot speed? I wish we would draft higher upside oline prospects.

Yes. He had a great PFF grading in college (like Grier) and we all remember how much Hurney mentioned analytics before that draft. Anyone who attended the combine saw the real Little and he was dropping hard. We caught the proverbial falling 300lb knife while jumping up at it.

Yeah he’s pretty  dam bad. Might have to move him inside

There was talk of that this off-season. We probably have him a look there. With Okung at LT and trash at OG, there really wasn't a good reason not to. It leads me to believe that he probably looked even worse there.

the dude looks like a person suffering from some sort of body control issues, like he's doing movement rehab after a stroke.  its kinda crazy.  like you know he's got a reinforced shower because he falls over a lot trying to wash his feet

You're not wrong. He looked pretty decent last year before his concussions. It honestly makes you wonder if there's lingering effects there.

I think that’s a red herring. He looked ok for 1.5 games. That’s all he played before getting hurt. Remember Chris Clark the year before? Came off his couch and looked pretty solid for more than that and then turned into poo. Remember Delaire’s first two games or Obada’s first real playing time?

It’s not hard to look good for that short a period. There’s hundreds of one hit wonders in the NFL. It wasn’t like Little was a stalwart looking like a stud, he was just not awful and then in the first or second game back he looked completely awful against Atlanta.
