we are banged up bad but burns is IN

Samuel being out sucks, but I have this weird new feeling that, as a Panther fan, I’ve never felt before. I feel like Rhule can actually coach around injuries and adjust game plans to fit the next man up. I don’t know what to call this weird new feeling, but I will embrace it.

imagine if the competent offensive coordinator schemes ways to use pharaoh cooper's speed and shiftiness to get other guys open and compensate for samuel going down

Hate it for Curtis, he has really been shining these last few games. Hope he heals up and keeps playing lights out.

Sometimes life just says you've got to kill that bear with your loose-leaf binder just to make it to school in the snow walking uphill both ways.

We can do it.

    • You are right. At the same time I don’t think people are watching games going come on Bryce put it on the ground or sail it OB or whatever. They just have trouble seeing him turning his 3 or four or five top games of 2025 into the weekly standard outing. Which you expect for the kind of money he will ask for (speaking for myself anyway).
    • In terms of comparing Pickett and Young's arm talent it's basically a push at best. Pickett is sitting at 6.2 yards per pass attempt for his career while Bryce sits at 6.0 Last season Bryce was 6.3 in yards per pass attempt. Only Justin Fields Spencer Rattler (both 6.2) Kyler Murray (6.0) 41 year old Joe Flacco (6.0) 44 year old Phillip Rivers (5.9) rookie Cam Ward (5.9) and Tyrod Taylor (5.8) had less pass yards per attempt than Bryce Young in his third season as a starter. Folks going around acting as if it is beyond the pale to say Pickett might have a better arm than Young are living in an alternate reality. You can choose to not believe your own eyes after 46 games but everyone else will acknowledge reality and move forward accordingly.
    • Wayne Gretzky yesterday said he is playing as good a series as he has ever seen from a defender. I thought that was pretty high praise.
