in east tennessee they're not planning on wide distribution until fall 2021. 

thats a state that just activated the national guard

Yeah but athletes will be on the second list to get it, after billionaires/lobbyists/politicians/celebrities/etc. Eventually it will make it to hospital workers and at some point the general public.
