It is amazing that a QB can change a team in one year. Tampa sucks in 2019  and one game from a SB in 2020. The main thing that has changed is TB.

Winston literally threw 30 INTs lol. 
 

The fact they had a record of 7-9 even with that says a lot. Winston has held the Buccas back quite a bit, they’ve been talented in pretty much every position for the pas several years. Just needed a savvy vet at QB.
