Two seasons I believe, one due to a trade down, They also road the coatails of the Insane 2012 draft they had Irvin/Wagner/Wilson

2013, 2014, 2015, 2017 the Seahawks didn't have any 1st rounders. And now in 2021 and 2022 they won't have any either (barring a trade up which isn't really their MO).

They may not be the best example since they haven't experienced nearly the success they did then, also there OLINE (my main concern) was their undoing yet again this season.

Any Watson trade will likely mean giving up Chinn/Burns... aka a bad defense regressing, we would have to win shoot outs If we can get him an average O-line then go balls in on it.

If anyone has to go it would and should be Burns. We can generate a pass rush by committee and bring in specialists. Can’t replace the best RB in the league and the best safety we’ve had in years.

Pretty sure there are six other team forums where they think they're getting him too. You guys may want to chill out until there are solid rumors. You'll just end up being sad.

@Verge is legit and mostly spot on. Rap is legit too. The only other team that has been concretely linked to Watson is NYJ (for now, anyways). I'm still not sold on it happening, but I do think it's gotten to the point where it is a realistic possibility.

    • I think the ‘issue’ here is that we had two guys that clashed for several reasons. In some ways they were different, but in other ways they had a lot in common, and sadly they couldn’t see the forest for the trees. Sometimes when you have two people like that together they are either going to love or hate each other, and if it’s the latter, you need someone to mediate and hope the two individuals are capable of putting their differences aside for the common good. In this instance, they couldn’t find a way to move forwards together because I don’t think either guy wanted to play second fiddle to the other. This video basically said neither guy had the tools to bridge that gap and mend that fence, and perhaps also were unwilling to give an inch at that stage in their lives and careers. So a divorce, while unfortunate, was always likely. Do we win the Super Bowl with Smitty and Cam? Well, it’s one of life’s big what ifs for us Panthers fans.
    • Dude, I think I might be having Jarvy withdrawals... I ripped the sleeves off of all of my t-shirts in my sleep last night. Every bite of my Alpha-Bita cereal spelled Seth, this morning. And, I took 7 naps before lunch. I'm losing it guys! Jarvy's Jaunty Band of Jaggoffs are getting more play than he is... smh Team Canada doesn't treasure Jarvis the way he deserves. He should take his band down to Liechtenstein, get a bag of passports, and start his own Olympic team! The raw animal magnetism of Jarvilicious will bring in a handful of NHLers on its own. And, since the IOC believes in collective punishment, he could have his pick of the rookies. Then, just fill out the rest of the roster with the maple blooded great white northerners who couldn't make the top squad. Can't trust this assembled awesomery to just any old Liechtensteinien with a clipboard and a whistle. Gotta bring in a legend worthy of this gold medal gambit. A hockey HOFer with the balls to buck the system and the aura to match our maverick. Huere geil, Vaduz!!! 2030 Gold Medal guaranteed!
    • Tennessee isn't trading a QB on a 2nd round contract that has starting experience.  That's bad business.
