Cannt run the offense??? RPO??? I now question if he truly watched the panthers or lance at all. CHris knows more than I, but that doesnt mean hes never wrong about a player. Chris isnt aware that ND runs a pro system, unless most of college teams....and not a good a fit for the panthers LSU/Saints system??? Chris found crack during convid.

Yeah, that was posted earlier too. So why do you think he isn't running?

If he went out there and ran like the wind it would definitely help him.

And if he doesn’t then people will use it against him. There isn’t a reason for him to run it. How many times in a NFL game will a QB run in a straight line? Unless you know you’re like a 4.4 guy, if I’m a QB I’m not running it.

Gotta get out of this type of thinking. A QB doesn’t need to start week 1.

Odd, I thought you had to start a QB in every game.  You take him in the top 10 he starts.  If he is not going to be ready in his first year you don't take him in the first period.

Running is a big part of his game and there are serious questions about his level of competition. If he could run fast it would definitely help him. My point is that I don't think he can.

You think Lamar Jackson lasts until #32 if he had gone out there and ran sub-4.4 like he's probably capable? Now I get why he chose not to run. Some teams were talking possible position change with him and he was adamant about staying at QB. But no one is talking position change with Lance.

He has been clocked at 20 mph during live games a couple of times. Level of competition does not affect his on field speed.

The only reason I can think for NOT running is a team gave him/agent a guarantee selection.... got to be early too. Part request too.

21+ MPH in pads, thats legit NFL speed no matter the position. Id still run and its still sus about him not trying to improve his draft stock aka millions. He could have gotten injured while working out too, just adds to the mystery.

    • And even worse you have injuries force you to play anther one dimensional train wreck combine that with Orlov being no were close to as advertised and boom you have 3 defensemen being dressed who couldn't defend my 96 year old grandmother. That said next year having Slavin,Miller,Nikishin,Chatfield gives you the best shutdown d man in the league two large athletic HIGH offensive potential D who can take away time and space....   The more I think about it the more I like this seasons approach, if you bring back burns or aquire anther large RHS with length you have 5 D all over 6'2 and 210 with three of them having great offense too, make no mistake they want size and skill on the blue line now and its almost 100% directed at getting past FL.
    • Honestly the 2024 draft class(minus brooks). All are in line to be starters, expect crumedy who's fighting for a 53.  Still that class was looking terrible, is now looking like 4 starters and maybe 1 depth. Anytime you draft 2 starters and a key depth piece its a good draft. 4 starters are rare and that's with brooks who could have made 5 starters if not for awful luck.  That draft also helped land starter Michael Jackson in a round about way, big bonus..
    • Officially heading to the Jags game week one!  Section 240, visitors side just outside the club section.
