Yeah, that is fair.  UNLESS they are the same person!!

Let that sink in....

Kidding--he is often the voice of reason, so the unreasonable attack those ideas that do not align with their own logic.  Instead of appreciating an alternative perspective, they attack him in a temper tantrum.

He is the voice of reason during dark times---seriously, I like him.

Yeah because it’s dark times, this has been this most exciting Panthers offseason in a long time. We are being talked about trading for a great qbs and actually have money to make moves. But it so dark and gloomy. You and Mr. Scott just stayed hugged up down there in Doomsville.

Seriously, I can get someone to fill it out for you.  And you can choose the crayon color.

We can’t even get Zach Wilson (at #2) for two 1st’s (#8 and next year’s first).

Nevermind the second most valuable player in the league.  Some of y’all’s fantasy trade offers are probably hilarious.

He won just as many games as Bridgewater. Define his value, please.

Too bad the Jets have all the ammo to trade for Watson.  A top three pick so the Texans can get their new victim and Selah is exactly the kind of coach Watson wants to play for.  Jets can revamp the offense in one season.  Watson, Harris or Etienne and a healthy free agency budget.

Seeing some people still listing CMC or Shaq as potential trade pieces this year, and to be clear yesterday's restructures made it 100% certain they will be on the roster for next season. All of the salary converted to signing bonus became guaranteed yesterday, meaning it would have to be added on top of the already large potential dead cap charges resulting from a cut or trade.

    • Kalkbrenner and Sion James received regular contracts and not two ways, so the Hornets have some work to do to cut the roster size down.
    • Gustavsson would be insane. I think we would have to break the bank to afford that move. Which, I don't think is necessarily a bad idea. Ultimately, Freddie isn't likely to be around more than a couple of seasons more. We can all agree that unless they have a fleet of sports psychologists working on Kochetkov, he will never be capable of getting his head on straight enough to compete.
    • I originally hated the Miller deal but with the cap projected to rise nearly $10M next season the Canes struck some pretty good deals between Miller and Ehlers. Most of the team is locked in for the next few years. Nikishin will need an extension probably in the $6M AAV range. And Blake will need one if we don’t move him. Personally I’d move Blake, picks, and any prospect not named Nikishin/Nadeau/Artamonov for McTavish as I don’t see any any of the big time players moving teams next year. Realistically the Hurricanes should just target Gustavsson next year to fix the goal tending issue. But I’m all for moving Blake, picks, and prospects for McTavish this year. Ehlers - Aho - Jarvis Svechnikov - McTavish - Stankoven Martinook - Staal - Carrier Hall - Kotkaniemi - Robinson Jost - Jankowski Slavin - Miller Nikishin - Chatfield Gostisbehere - Walker Reilly Andersen Kochetkov I’d do Blake, Felix-Unger-Sorum, and 27 2nd for McTavish.
