I don’t think that anyone has an idea. I just do not like people saying that he is guilty when only one side of the story has been heard. Perhaps he never plays again, or perhaps he does,   but at this point no one knows.

Tried explaining this yesterday to several on here.

You people are delusional.....he’s cooked

I don't know he's going down like Darren Sharper, but these things aren't getting cleared up before the draft. So, he's not coming here either way. People still holding onto hope are totally delusional. Even Verge threw in the towel.

Agreed.

All American citizens are constitutionally entitled to due process as well as the presumption of innocence.

Anyone saying DW is guilty of anything criminal at this point is out of line, for sure...

...that said, he's done himself no favors with his aberrant behavior over the last 6-months -- lots of folks aren't inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt.

yeah matter of fact i've seen him play in person at Bank of America Stadium.but what is your point?

He's trying to suggest that a guy who had a 38:36 TD:INT ratio in the two seasons plus two games prior to being benched due to injury for Brady is somehow comparable to the current version of Deshaun Watson. It's laughable.

"this is like literally one chance in a lifetime.

there has never been in the history of football a. QB like DeShaun Watson in his prime on the trading block"

--------------

Drew Bledsoe was the #1 draft-pick (DW #12) and a Super Bowl QB (DW is not) and had been recently signed to the single largest contract in NFL history...

...when he went onto the trading block.

At this point DW hasn't even achieved footnote staus as it goes to the "history of football"....LOL.

dude for starters Bledsoe was nowhere near the prime of his career whenever New England traded him to division rival Buffalo for only one first round pick.

I could go on & on & on but i'm not

look the Bledsoe / Watson trade comparison is laughable to put it mildly

Tony Buzbee is hardly a nobody.  He’s had multiple multimillion dollar verdicts, some more than 100 million. He’s taken on some very high profile cases against big corps and won.  If there is even any scintilla of truth to these allegations then DW’s playing career is likely over.  Tepper is an idiot if he still thinks this is a good idea.

LMAO...

Bledsoe signed the largest contract in NFL history in 2001 and was traded 1-year later...

...the NFL does not hand out the biggest-ever-contract for players who are "nowhere near the prime of their career"...

...stop with the revisionist history already pal.

Bledsoe who almost DIED due to a sheared blood vessel in his chest played in only 2 games in 2001 prior to being traded in 2002 after 9 seasons in the NFL at the age of 30

x3 time pro bowler DeShaun Watson has been in the NFL 4. years now & hasn't missed a game since 2017 due to injury  & just last year in 2020 he led the  NFL in passing yards & is currently 25 years of age.

but yet you continue to compare these two as similar situations...LMAO for real
