Shi and the senior bowl.

Recommended Posts

If Darnold plays well this season then the sky is the limit. No more room for excuses. Plenty of 1st rounders and talent everywhere. The Darnold gamble has to pay off.

So glad Rhule got to coach the Senior Bowl and get a look at some players we might not have drafted otherwise like Smith and Deonte Brown.

now add in the best receiving back in the game....CMC.

don't forget chuba is a good receiver himself and then there's dan arnold and it looks like they are going to be working up tremlble as well.

this offense is frikkin stacked.

my thinking was more bring Chuba in at RB, put CMC where Brady wants him, DJ and Robby outside, Terrace/David Moore in the slot....I mean, what's that bear doin?

Even if Marshall and Shi flame out and we have no threat at TE.....this team still is has three high end receiving options. There should not be a reason to fail to move the ball with relative ease.*

*Assuming there is not a cavalcade of injuries.

    • https://x.com/4thand1show/status/1975274357174784272?s=46   saw this this morning and came to post something similar. I didn’t just love the team or the wins, I loved those dudes man. They put everything they had out there every Sunday. You didn’t see a rep where anybody on that field was low effort in that era, and if you did they were quickly sent packing.
    • …is Brycen Tremayne with 108 yards. Not sure what that tells us but I imagine it’s some sort of gumbo consisting of the following: - Bryce can’t push the ball downfield  - contrary to what many were saying this offseason, the wr still needs a lot of work.  - we need Coker back badly.  - Brycen is pretty good! Congrats to that young man! Curious to hear other’s read on it. Was a pretty surprised to see he had more yards than anyone other than Tet and thought that was symptomatic of our issues on offense.
    • I don’t think many fans would have guessed the Chiefs and Ravens would be where they are right now. Same goes for some surprise packages like the Colts, I’m not sure many would have put money on them being top of their division after five weeks. It’ll be interesting to see if this continues!   Not necessarily. The Chargers have lost both starting OL and their 1st and 2nd choice RBs. They fell apart against Washington. The Broncos have just beat the Eagles, so they’d be my favourite in that division, but they are still only one win ahead of the Chiefs. All the Chiefs need is a couple of results to go their way and they’ll be right in the fight for the AFC East. I think that division is going to be very close and probably not a 12 or 13 win division like predicted. Unless of course the Broncos kick on.
