Arena Football.

Right. Different league, no?  Mother Grabber mentioned the XFL specifically.

Warner is a great story.  PJ could become an amazing backup.  We don't have a QB controversy, just a big unknown at long term solutions to QB.

Yeah it’s different, but similar concept with similar competition. The point was that’s it’s not impossible, just very very rare and unlikely…

I wonder how PJ would've fared on the Jets for those 3 seasons that Darnold had?🤔

He probably still be their starting QB, because he would've gave them a couple more wins, that alone would've took them out of the running for drafting a QB, I mean he started one game for us, and look what happened... people cry about that Washington game but had PJ lost to Detroit, would it have matter???

Unfortunately, I just came back to say that, I've been warned to no longer speak on the matter.

Would he have, though?   That Jets team had basically zero weapons, crappy "D", and a Coaching staff I wouldn't trust to coach a High School team.

If anything, I think he may have fared worse than Sam did there.   It was a testament to Sam's talent that he somehow ended up throwing for more TDs than INTs for the 3 seasons he played on that godforsaken sh*tshow.

Darnold is/was sh"it"... anyone around sh"it" going smell like sh"it...."

I really, really hope you’re not a guy…..you act more like an unhinged, obsessed stalker.  Poor PJ, you’re not helping his cause at all.

If you are a dude, hand over your man card immediately.

    • Aggressive runner, hits the hole fast, and runs angry.  Just a few yards shy of the single game record for the team.  Absolutely phenomenal performance.  If the gameplan hadn't become weirdly pass heavy for the 3rd and first half of the 4th quarters he might have been flirting with 300.
    • I felt that way before the season started, but I'm sorry, he's already proven he isn't that guy, I don't need to learn anything more about him. He threw the ball 30 times today and could only throw for 198 yards, which was his 2nd best yardage game this year, he's just not the guy. Which means this season has already moved onto the 2nd most important thing going into this season after evaluating Bryce, and that's developing our best young players. You don't do that by only throwing 8 of your 30 passes to your best player who is still only a rookie.  Pepper him with targets and help develop him so he's ready to take a huge leap next year when we get a real HC and QB to get him the ball.
    • Every win comes from a non-sustainable source.  As CRA mentioned, Penix absolutely imploding against ATL, and then today, defense finally clicked and looked the best they’ve looked in a long time (and still have up 24 points lol) and Rico ran for 200+ yards.  We’re not going to get that every week, especially against good teams, which neither Miami or ATL are.  Both MIA and ATL are bad teams and Bryce still couldn’t get it together.  The defense (and team) had to overcome 14 points because of his turnovers again.  That was not even an average QB performance.  We are winning in spite of him.
