Surprised by the David Moore release... must have tried to trade him and found no takers... 

He wasn't really going to have a role on offense outside of PR/KR without injuries, and he didn't play on other ST roles

Good news for Shi Smith... hopefully he is back in a few weeks... seems to be more dynamic than Moore, and the team obviously has plans for him

I don't doubt there were a lot of guys up for trade possibilities.  But as they say, it takes two to tango.  It's easy to say but not so easy to find a willing partner.

      Not sure how much he was a long term piece of this team.   Sucks to not have him as part of the rotation.   Looks like it's Lee Hunter time.

      I am not sure he will put the over the games but we’ll probably have them.   Two things I am thinking.  We have 4 preseason games.  All the coaches have enough service time to know the standards that are in place for decades. If I recall it was play your starters just a series to start woth and build it up until week theee where play a lot and you have week four to set hour roster. Evaluate before cuts.   Bevell will certainly have the whole thing down pat.   I’d they don’t do the fries and frie air will worry too. Because it is set up to do that.     I have said since they went t three preseason people have to figure a new way are still feeling it out and trying things.  We don’t have to this year.
