NFL really started losing me during SB 50. Carolina lost, someone has to. But I have never seen such a ridiculous amount of bias in refereeing. Opening game 2016, Cam is headhunted, nothing. He gets told you're not old enough to get that call. Brady or Rodgers gets a finger touch on the helmet and it's roughing the passer. It's not just Carolina that deals with this. The NFL has its darling players and franchises and more and more, games feel scripted like WWE. Goodell has been a terrible commissioner for the NFL. It's hard to demand integrity from players when the league office has none.

Old soul reporting.

I thought it was a great game, what do expect Dallas to do against TB and their #1 rush defensive? TB has vampire Brady, goodwin, evans, gonk, and Browns crazy ass.... Matchups favor passing. Yea I love old school ball, but this didnt fit the old guy mad at current times.

 

I will say like many, I was dying for real NFL, that for sure made me over look all the passing. I still think the game was one of the best openers in recent times. Close scores, either team could have won, and came down to last few minutes?? I'll take that action alll day. Save my get off the lawn feelings for twatter, onlyfans, media etc

I remember when the ball was played at the spot where it landed, no hash mark bullsht. Out of bounds? It was placed a yard from that sideline spot. FG's from the sideline were always exciting.       Any idea what happened to him at LSU? im reading that he was considered a 1st round pick in 2023, had an off 2024 season with only 4 sacks but was also on a horrible FSU team then went to LSU where he was supposed to be on an aggressive defense that should have given him a lot of sacks but he only ended up with one….   was he injured? Did the top SEC competition expose him? What happened? Cause this guy was considered a top prospect .

      Sometimes its fun to read the threads/posts.  The panthers could literally hire a groundskeeper and we'd have a thread "improving the field for no other reason to prop up Bryce Young".  Apparently no move is ever done to actually make the team better.  All a conspiracy to just focus on Bryce Young. Or suddenly daydreaming and reminiscing about Sam Darnold when he was hated more than Bryce Young.  Its really fun to do a message board search about Darnold during that time period.   Or thinking there is just a tree that grows QB, and you can just easily go up and pluck one.

      Yeah okay. We as an organization have been more patient with him than many. And there has been a small parade of guys drafted since he was, also to bad teams, that have passed him. Some have lapped him. As a fan I am out of patience but he gets this year it is out of my hands always has been. I just hope the bar is higher than it has been for him.    FWIW, XL dropped two passes last year. He did do some other bad stuff, just saying.
