I can see it easily.   But he is not quite as athletic as burrow.   Love how he goes through his reads.    Doesn’t panic.

I've begun thinking the Panthers will go all in on Howell if they don't get Watson. He's a home state kid and UNC player that will help spark the fanbase. Tepper and the business side will love that.

Then again, the Panthers could do what the Hornets did years ago the year Harrison Barnes. AD, and MKG were drafted. It was widely assumed the Hornets would take Barnes since he was a high profile UNC player and was supposedly close to MJ. The Hornets went with MKG instead, which proved to be a mistake.

I've been doing a lot of research on Kenny Pickett this week and maybe I'm just smoking the hope-ium, but he looks like a legit NFL QB prospect. He's certainly got the arm and accuracy and some mobility as well.

There was a play against Miami where he was forced to roll out and found his receiver in the endzone for a TD that was as good as any throw you'll see on Sunday. I wasn't really expecting to be as impressed with Pickett as I have been.

He may well be that guy who vaults into the top-5.

Watching Howell he’s got the attributes to be a good prospect to fall. He can make big boy throws and his deep ball is accurate.

arm strength is meh but that’s an overrated attribute anyway.

His arm strength is adequate but his other issues make him a project guy, IMO.

Still like Pickett quite a bit.

So, I haven't seen much of Ridder this season. What is everyone's opinion on him?

He just seems average. Does everything well, but nothing great. Has a decent arm and is pretty fast, but puts up boring numbers against lesser competition. I wouldn’t want him in the first…

    • Looking like it might be game 7 for Pitt and Phi. Philly is spent. I like more rest for the canes
    • Moton is the man through and through. 2 things I'll always give Gettleman credit for, 1 is drafting Moton, the other is building a SB contending roster and blowing it up in one off-season
    • Kurb is still alive and well.  I’m still friends with him on all of the social media.  He truly is a great man!  That’s my bro!  He always looked out for me since the early days of the huddle.  It definitely makes me sad that he just quit posting here, but that’s life.  He still shares his takes on social media and X, but a lot of the huddle vets just grew tired of this format and the environment, I guess?  It’s a lot of guys that were valuable contributors here that just stopped posting but are still alive and passionate Panthers fans.  Blindsite used to post huge write-ups and was a well-respected poster and then just disappeared.  We had one of these type threads several years ago and he checked back in and explained he just lost the motivation to stay active here.  It was amazing hearing from him again…   I signed up in 04 after coming over from the Charlotte.com boards and been here ever since.  (For those that don’t know - this is Proudiddy - had to change the name very recently due to ‘ol tootsie roll penis and the bad press 😂).  I’m forever thankful for all of you, even those who I haven’t had the greatest history with, I still appreciate yall.  Many have come and gone, both figuratively and literally, and that has put a lot into perspective over the years.  I went from a young, newly married, wide-eyed twenty year-old guy with a baby on the way, to a now forty-two year-old guy, recently divorced and newly re-married guy with my oldest baby now an adult and 5 more kids since.  And what ride it has been!  You guys have been a much bigger part of my life than I really care to acknowledge.😂
