A little input here from the other side.  The Saints strengths lie in the lines, offense primarily, and then defense.  The defensive line is coached by NC State's great Ryan Nielsen.  It is deep and long.  Games are won and lost in the trenches, as we all know.

From the jets game day thread:

I must of missed the information that Q Williams was sitting this one out.  Did he get hurt and I missed it.

GreenPapa:   So how is Pat freaking elf line not getting beaten like a drum? I can understand their weapons eating our cornerbacks or even their great end beating up on Fant, but how are we not destroying the inside of that line?

Fans expectations never align with reality.  He didn't get home because Sam got rid of the ball to Christian.

They were pushing the Elf and Paradis right back into his face on his drop backs. Luckily he kept his cool and went to CMC, as he should.

Thanks for that, because that hasn't been said in numerous places - in this thread - before you mentioned it!

Rhule needs to pull a page from Belichick’s  book, remove their best player, contain Kamara & this game is much more winnable… prob’ly slightly easier than stopping CMC but still no small task… a lot tougher in the past with Brees at the helm but Jameis should Jameis, hoping the secondary feasts like the line did vs NYJ…

Kamara ran for 80 yards, Jones for 50 and Winston for 37.  Kamara had 8 yards receiving.

If we shut down Alvin Kamara I will be a happy man.  I'm so sick of seeing him run all over us.

Me too.  We'll see.  This will be the first real test of our run-d.

We need another great day out of the D-line and the LBs.
