Trade CMC

Yall keep saying trade him as if any team would want his contract now that he's proven to be prone to injury.

I love CMC, but nobody is trading anything noteworthy to take on that contract.

His contract is not that bad

his ability to stay on the field is terrible

Cmac is a high valued trade asset… see the difference when he is on the field then off 3-0 to 0-4 without him …. That being said I think he is part of the package for Watson.. I think he was purposely held out to trade deadline for that reason and the fact that he will be ready to make big push in the 2nd half in the new extended schedule season  …. Don’t know why Watson would come here over Mia without cmac tho… who knows …..

He doesn’t really have trade value.  He is highly paid RB that can’t stay healthy. 

RB is the easiest position to solve on the cheap.

People keep talking about his contract. His contract is not that bad. It's maybe 2 or 3 mil more per year than other top backs in the league. The problem is his ability to stay on the field. If someone believes that he'll get over these nagging injuries (which is not outside the realm of believability), then that contract will stop nothing.

You have to wonder if CMC going on IR is related to him as trade bait with Watson deal and team chemistry has fell off related to this circus.  Imagine knowing this is going on in the locker room.

Something tells me that if he was traded he would suddenly return to the CMC of old. 

 

It's fuging ridiculous he has been out this long. The dude was BARELY even limping.
