lol Oh I forgot, you are the only one who sees the truth. The rest of us only care about mediocrity.

We won, and some of us are happy about that. Does it change the future? No. But how does whatever it is you are doing change anything?

I'm not the only one who sees the truth, hence why we've completely revamped our entire offensive approach.

Tremble caught every ball thrown his way but 1.  And that’s not a drop.  And him not pulling that in isn’t something you should be complaining about.  He gave it all he had but the ball was still far out for him.   He is a rookie TE.

Excuses. A drop is a drop. You give Sam hell for misses. We can give receivers hell for drops

Every ball not caught isn’t created equal.  That’s just nonsensical.

Sam has been the worst starting QB in the NFL for the last 4 seasons.  Yeah, he catches more hell than other people.  Well, maybe not Robby on the year.  Robby deserves his fair share.   But I don’t fault Robby for the ball he didn’t catch today.

lot of drops aren’t even drops people talk about around here.  Then for some reason we are suppose to ignore Sam’s role in a lot of the drops.   He has been throwing guys into hits all season and giving them hard balls to catch.  Sam is a big part of why we lead the league in drops.   And that has to be said when we talk about drops.

Cam made the same throws.

Brady makes the same throws.

Watch what happens moving forward. We've transitioned to a backup QB offense.

I don't know why you guys try to have back and forths with him. If you don't think the team is perfect, he thinks you're a bad fan

Sam did play well today. I know he was in an impossible situation with the Jets. I am not sure how much ability he has. If we fix the offensive line we can more accurately determine his ceiling. I also think an effort was made last week by coaches to work on his game. The play calling today was much better. I do think he has potential whether it is a starter in the NFL or a backup.

    • I never needed stats to tell me how a player is doing. I watch every snap and if they have more bad plays than good plays that is all I need to see. Young has more bad than he has good, by a wide margin.  He was going to need to overcome an overwhelming size disadvantage coming into the league. He had to lead a dysfunctional, talentless team and turn it around. He had no chance and somehow the FO overlooked all of that. The fact that the odds of it being remotely successful were 1000:1 is all the reason you need. Tepper made his fortune taking gambles like this but that is in finance, you don't do that in football.
    • Ty for posting this. People who have been paying attention can see Canales' fingerprints all over Bryce this season. Last season Bryce would be 15 yards deep at the top of his drop. This game he was a consistent 7-10 yards. The big takeaway for me is that DC seems to have simplified the game for Bryce. I noticed that BY9 only operated one half of the field. When the ball is on the outside hash (short side), his game is geared more to the boundary. Multiple patterns and deep outside shots. When the ball is placed on the inside hash (wide side), it's virtually all in-breaking or smoke routes and\or deep shots. Most of his over the middle passes are executed from a deep drop. I really do not think he can see the field. I think DC has tried to mitigate it as best he can, but there simply are physical limitations that cannot be ignored in this league. I do not think he can execute fully, DC's offense. I think DC is frustrated and damn near over the BY9 era.
    • If the other guy didn't try to have someone murdered, Xavier Legette would easily be the worst draft pick this franchise has ever spent on a WR.
