His stats are down but his impact is still there. He’s eliminating the running back on nearly every pass play because they are having to chip him because he’s flying around tackles.

I dont think D's are choosing to double him over Reddick. Reddick is far and away a better player. If Im a Dcord Im worried about Reddick over

Sometimes I give people second or more chances after some time to see if they can be better or return to the form that got them banned to begin with. 

He's annoying, but hasn't jumped the rails like he did before. Not yet.

it’s pretty much impossible nowadays to permaban someone. Too many ways around it. 

He went nuts. That's what he did. Got told a lot to simmer down but wouldn't stop. I can't remember who pulled the plug on him but there was a collective sigh of relief across the board when it happened.
