This is how fuged up our teams ownership/management is.

Right now we are paying Cam's replacement ( TB),  paying Cam's replacement's replacement ( SD),  and paying Cam himself to replace his replacement's replacement.  It would be laughable if it wasn't so friggin infuriating as to how incompetent this team is.

I honestly think this was nothing but a feel good move by Tepper to attempt to hide his and the rest of his staff's incompetence in feel goods.

Agreed. There is no way Tepper did not tell off Rhule and co. in his office before telling them to go bring back Cam. Cam was probably laughing his ass off when he saw Rhule on his caller I.D.

fug off.   I got it off the saints report where they are laughing their asses off at us as they should.

Lol like they doing any better? They have Siemian at qb and got beat at home by Falcons. They ain’t winning to many more games than us, I would laugh my ass off if they thought any different.

    • I mean, I alluded to it when we signed him. It might be different if he was old and washed up, but he's not. Sickness and suffering will never ever allow you to be your best. Eclipse that and if one has the talent and inclination to thrive, the sky's the limit.
    • Renfrow makes the team and becomes part of the rotation-- then he plays well.  Gets NFL comeback player of the year.  You all cheer.  When I say, "I called this in June."  You will say "Pic or it didn't happen."  I will say, "you all disgust me because you are too mired in mediocrity to see my brilliance."  You will give me a poo emoji because that is how you treat greatness.   OK, I'm back.
    • I did a little research. I think that it's hard to say that we're a traditionally "small-market" team anymore. Technicalities aside, our fan base is certainly not as popular as some others (lots of fans from different fan bases can probably argue that though), but the Panthers do have a solid and committed following if you look at things like home attendance and---fascinatingly---social media digital presence (e.g., back in 2023 there were three million followers of the Panthers on Twitter, ranking them #5). It's just hard to get exact, up-to-date numbers because much of the relevant information is not forthcoming, but suffice it to say that winning changes things, even if temporarily. Even if the fan base is smaller, it certainly seems to make a lot of noise. We just need to win. On an off note, Tet McMillan has fairly strong rookie jersey sales. Between him, Bryce and Legette, maybe the fan base will grow a little.
