Dear Tepper... Take the dam hit...

Don't be swayed by wanting to win faster.. Don't try to take short cuts in team building..

Show some fuging patience and let football ppl do there job...

Whether you keep Rhule another season or not.. Next year should be a development year not a win at all cost... Take the hit on Sam dumbass 5th year option... Sign players that help more for the future then now... Don't let this staff draft or make another QB decision.. Make them try to figure it out with Sam and Cam.. Offseason number 1 mission fix and develop the Oline.. If you fire Rhule and hire a new coach (that the GM wants not you) still fix and develop the Oline... 2022 isn't about winning it's about getting out of the BS that Rhule and You have put this team in.. Don't lose anymore assets unless it helps 2023... No big FA signing.. No cap killing offseason.. Take the fuging hit for 2022...

Sorry about the rant but I really don't care about any moves that don't improve the Oline or going all out to win in 2022.. That ficking ship has sailed into a tsunami for me...

dump all resources into an o-line

bring cam back and run what should've been the 2019 plan

fire matt rhule into the sun if he doesn't make playoffs

that's about the only way i won't completely lose interest if this dumb bag of rocks is retained.

Do what Jerry did 2010.. Take the fuging hit deal with a horrible season.. Possibly get another Cam 2023 with a better more developed surrounding cast.. Oline, Defense, better coaching..

He's already lost me. I've seen enough of Rhule's incompetence. One more year will set this franchise back 4 to 5 years. I have more faith in Marty Hurney's gut than I do in Rhule's ability to build an offensive line or any type of offense. We have a coach that's more interested in a player's measurements than his actual abilities and there is no compensating for that. As long as Rhule is here, this franchise is taking the fast train right off a cliff.

If you reset you draft a qb…wtf is up with people wanting to bring back cam? That’s just clinging on to the past, how is a beat up cam going to do any good during a rebuild?

if you’re going to reset and rebuild the right way it’s with drafting the future at qb and building up the oline

Another year of Rhule would only set the organization back even further as he would know he's on the hot seat and he'd get desperate. We've already see the incredibly dumb moves he makes when he isn't desperate, now add a heaping helping of good old fashioned desperation to the mix and you can only imagine the damage he'd do.

He'd use analytics to build the entire roster based on versatility and then watch as the entire team imploded. At some point you have to forget the numbers and actually get athletes to play the game at their positions.

Versatility is rarely a good thing at the NFL level. It's hard enough to be good at one particular position. "Versatility" usually just means you kinda suck but you can kinda suck at multiple positions hopefully not while being a massive liability.

Because the next draft isn’t where we’re going to get our next QB. We need to invest in the oline and draft our QB the following year.  Bring Cam back for next year and maybe the next to let the new QB ease into the NFL. Cam showed he can still play, he just can’t elevate beyond bad coaching and oline like he used to have to.

Drafting a QB in a bad QB draft with a lame duck staff isn't rebuilding its furthur regression.. If Rhule stays he should be forced to make it work with his choices..

If a new coach comes in Hopefully he is smart enough to build the Oline and stay away from this bad QB draft.. He should also get Atleast one year to clean up Rhule mess before trying to build with a new QB..

2023 is the QB draft.. Hopefully this FO realize that.. 2022 is a good Oline draft let's not miss out again on this opportunity..

For me, it should only really be looked at in backup linemen. Swing tackles. G/C combos. Positions were you need to have guys that can play multiple places ok enough to get you through a game or two at most.

    • The division is most certainly wide open. The Bucs are a problem but Baker Mayfield is and will remain his own worst enemy it's a matter of when not if he has a bad game or even a stretch of bad games. As far as the Panthers they have done an admirable job of trying to address needs as best they can without pulling a Scott Fitterer and getting desperate which has only made us worse off in the past. On the Bryce subject all anyone can really say at this point is we just have to wait and see. This is the year and despite what the Panthers may say publicly doubling down and going all in on WR is as good as any sign anyone should need that they expect Bryce Young to have a very productive and convincing season. The pieces are in place. They aren't perfect but nothing ever will be. Regardless there's honestly no excuse for this staff and this team not to be able to compete in this iteration of the NFC South. Also just want to say this because I can say the hyper defensive posts already being made in here and it's probably going to be a season with highs and lows again but hopefully more highs for sure. But just because there is dialogue about a position group or a player that challenges your preconceived notions or makes you uncomfortable does not make it "hate" or "anti" this player or that player. For some people who talk a lot about nuance you would think this wouldn't need to be stated but that's where we're at.
    • If I was a coach I would preach "Don't let the refs decide the game" because as soon as you let the NFL the chance to help their bottom dollar whether it be teams that make most money or gambling then they will screw the team that doesn't fit their bottom line......is it rigged? No but do they try and make certain narratives happen abso-freakin-lutley. As I stated in a previous thread NFL players are the ones that SHOULD have all guaranteed contracts but the boot lickers on this forum disagree and argue for the billionaires in this world who own these teams, sheep
    • I wont go quite so far as to say games are rigged.  You wouldnt have to work hard to convince me there was the occasional thumb on the scale but outright rigged? nah.   but collusion on the rest of the "business" of football, sure.  No one really believes that the only time the 32 owners act as one is during the negotiations of the CBA do they?
