Baalkie out in Jax. I would never have thought that Kahn would become a better owner than Tepper but here we are. Smart move, their fans have hope again.

Damn, I think we literally have the worst owner in the NFL now. Holy poo it's that bad lol

Tepper is twice as bad as Kahn. Kahn just didn't care for awhile. Tepper believes in the wrong people and that's way worse.

Looking like it’ll be Byron Leftwich at HC and Adrian Wilson at GM for the Jags. I think that’ll be a solid move for the franchise.

I don't know what kind of head coach Byron Leftwich is going to be, but I do know that Trent Baalke is a bad GM.

Don't know how good a GM Adrian Wilson will be either but I've heard lots of pretty good things about him.

So honestly, if the Jaguars get nothing else out of this besides dumping Baalke, it's likely still a net positive.

Kahn was an owner that I thought would be the worst forever. This is a huge move towards competency for that guy. I didn't see Kahn as not caring but just completely oblivious to the NFL.

It takes a long time for those guys to figure anything out, I didn't think Kahn ever would like the Jets owner. That guy doesn't give a fug. It's going to be at least a few more years before we can say for sure on Tepper, even if he is hiding like a scared eunuch right now.

It's not a complaint, just an observation. People who complain about someone else's justifiable observation on the team aren't worth getting into an internet slap fight with.

I know what you mean and ask yourself 'am I the one being emotional about it'? If yes, cool off. If not, pass on bye or waste time.

    • He does have speed. 21+ top end speed is very fast for a linebacker and his 3 cone drill time is considered excellent, close to elite.
    • This is awesome because you get to see the perspectives of the scouts--get a glimpse behind the curtain. I wonder whose doing this was; I am curious as to why David Tepper allowed it. Maybe it was his wife. Maybe Dan.  At least from my perspective--and probably one shared by other fans--when David Tepper bought the team, he closed everything off too much to the fans, and really didn't give an explanation. Things were obviously done because he (and/or some others wanted to do it). Remember when they used the guise of construction and all that to keep fans from seeing the team during practice? I know there are laws and safety and all that, but Tepper could've made it happen. And, of course, we all know that they essentially fired Jeremy from his independent contractor gig as a photojournalist. I never understood why they'd do that (and the negative reverberations obviously affected Jeremy and ultimately this place--i.e, us fans). The pie was (and is) certainly big enough to throw some scraps to the independents. I realize that you can't necessarily open the floodgates, but a few different perspectives from indy journalists whether in word or photos is a good thing in my mind.  So, it's great to see different perspectives. I will say this however: it is not without risk, as you know there will be some buster who will be calling the scouts out if the players flop. I think we should all keep in mind that the buck stops with the GM. It's nice to have one, however, that is so convicted in his people and process--and ultimately success, that he's willing to give fans access to this type of information. Pass this on to Tepper.
    • I hope he ends up being our best ever at the position. Ryan Kalil left big shoes behind that we haven't quite been able to fill since.
