I have one question... how terrible must Trey Lance be? 😂

You traded your entire future for this kid and Jimmy G is out here sucking out loud. Where is Trey Lance???

They should absolutely have a package or two for him. I think they are trying to protect him because they know the team is his for next year and the 10 following and he's super raw right now.

49ers D is keeping their team in this game.  Meanwhile, Jimmy is doing whatever he can to help the Packers out.

1st down in the red zone and JG throws an interception rather than throwing it out of bounds on a broken play?  Had a minimum of 3 points if he had kept his cool.  Positively Sam Darnold like.

That's pretty much 49er football lol

He's gonna fit right in.

I was a huge Lance fan leading up to the draft and knew he needed a year or two but like when you’re starting qb is this bad and your defense is playing lights out you gotta put him in to try to spark something. This is the playoffs.

Is it just me, or is it insane to trade multiple 1st rounders to take a guy 3rd overall and bench him for 2 seasons?  They must think the ceiling on Trey Lance is the best QB of all time.

Yeah, spending the #3 overall pick by itself would be a bit head scratching for that. But to trade your entire franchise future? Damn. We'll see how it ultimately works out, meanwhile that D is just gonna keep getting older and more guys are gonna come up for contracts... and those cheap cap hit rookie QB years go unused.

    • The lack of discipline has seriously been our downfall the last month. Seems like we just went off course this last month and Lee won't address it. You can't just live and die by the 3 when you can attack the paint and at worst draw a foul
    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
