So what is Rhule's job now?

Rhule is the head liaison for Temple and Baylor. He gives alumni from these schools a job so their programs can look better.

If Tepper could draft a spreadsheet or something of pros and cons of Rhule I just don't see anything that checks a box on the pros. Can't OC or DC, bad evaluator, bad with time outs, bad at pressers, sounds like he's a dick in the locker room, annoying voice, That's pretty much all the boxes

Rhule's job is to do what his coordinators and assistant coaches with NFL experience tell him to do because he has no NFL experience...oh the irony.
