Honestly surprised he hasn't done this already. It would truly separate himself and the team from the Richardson era. And it'd be a quick easy way to sell merch if they look good.

I'm actually really interested in seeing how this experiment plays out. It's fascinating to watch, and while I would love it if the team were instead actively competing for a Super Bowl, it will be really interesting to see if Rhule can salvage things, or if he'll get shitcanned. 

It's just a game, it's not real life, at least not for any of us. 

Edit: I'll also say that historically, when talented OCs are over-promoted to Head Coach, they typically rediscover success once they're bumped back down to their area of expertise. I really hope that happens for McAdoo, and I believe there's a strong chance it will. I think he's betting on himself by taking a position in a lame duck coaching staff. Hopefully it pays off for him and us.

 I would get pumped for the upcoming 2022 season if the Panthers GM Scott Fitterer could somehow pull a rabbit out of the hat by using the 6th overall draft pick and possible trades to successfully stop the teams current downward trend.
