I like what I am reading. Instead of a new stadium, just continue to modernize BOA. Think it is a great idea, ideal location and certainly isn't showing any signs of aging / fatigue

The actual inside bowl and suites are fine.....its the concourse and food/drink options that are horrible and way behind almost every other stadium

Didn't say they weren't looking to build a new stadium. 

Said Kelly: “We’re not in a rush to figure out whether it’s a new stadium or a renovated stadium, as long as the (study) comes back and says, ‘You guys are good for another 5-10 years (in the current stadium).’ Our only rush is getting it right. Because whatever we do, this is hopefully a generational investment — either into Bank of America Stadium or into a new one. And we just don’t know which it is.”

There have been some nice upgrades in preparation  for Charlotte FC.  I wonder whether you could put a retractable roof on the current stadium for much less than a new stadium.

Not happening. If Tep wants a state of the art mega dome with a retractable roof and helicopter pad ALL FUNDED by your tax dollars he is gonna get it come hell or high water

We got escalators put in a couple years ago paid for by tax money because an older gentleman had a heart attack and died leaving a game. RIP to the man but Richardson really exploited that for some free poo

Tepper has made plenty of dumb decisions as the Panthers' owner but after four straight losing seasons and a debacle across the border in Rock Hill, at least he seems to have enough awareness to realize that now is NOT the time to try to fleece the city out of a publicly funded new stadium.
