Darnold was listed 6’3” 221 per NFL combine site. 
 

Corral is listed 6’2” 212

 

“Physical tools” is a little vague. Are we talking size? Athleticism? Arm strength?

 

Corral is a fluid athlete. I’d wager he’s faster and more nimble and has more wiggle in the open field. 
 

Arm strength looks comparable too. They both can make all the NFL throws. 
 

Sam isn’t a small guy, but he and Corral would look similar standing next to one another, where as your description makes it sound like Cam standing next to Corral.

Did you start a thread to tell people about YouTube? Do you know how to link these videos, or was this just a tactic to get people to listen to your shallow theories? 

Maybe you should run a drive thru window (assuming you don't already) and when the car pulls up, tell them where in town they can go get a burger.

Aside from your overall point which is a good point, I like him more already just learning that he turned down Bama. Turning down the easy road is a good sign in my book

Matt Corral's best comparison, in my opinion, is Dak Prescott.  I think that is his upside if he reaches it.  Similar games, although Prescott was more of a running threat in college but it hasn't been a huge part of his game in the pros.

Similar size.  Similar athletes, Prescott is a bit stronger.  Similar strengths and weaknesses coming out of college.  Dak is the guy I go back to every time I watch Corral.

Whenever I watched him I always compared Corral to JP Losman, but not in a negative way. Losman came from a shotgun offense and they both look identical on the field and both had lightning quick releases with similar physical talent. They even both had the same fiery attitude that some hate and others love. Both ballers in college. Hopefully we take care of Corral and he reaches his full potential

      While I hated keeping Rhule, I thought if he still kept sucking, it would be an easy path to number 1. Firing him 5 games into the season then winning meaningless games just made it worse. We weren't making a deep run even if we made the wildcard with a losing record. That whole season was pointless, but at least I was optimistic an owner with 1/4 of a brain couldn't muck it up. Ahhh Dave....
